BKWC Studio is a micro fitness studio located inside of the Bixby Knolls Wellness Center. Our space offers a multitude of small intimate classes and workshops as well as individual sessions.

Participants will engage in a variety of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises that are carefully curated to suit the group's specific needs and goals. The small class size ensures that each person receives personalized instruction and feedback.
Your instructor will guide you and your fellow participants through a series of exercises targeting the core, improving flexibility, increasing strength, and promoting overall body balance.
Vini Yoga considers the group’s current abilities and limitations and creates a nourishing atmosphere to move and breathe in a way that is both safe and effective. It is a breath-centered approach that eases in and out of postures before we hold them and often includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
A wonderful practice for people of all levels and especially good for people who may feel intimidated by some of the more intense or active styles of Yoga.

Gentle Yoga class is the perfect way to slow down your mind and body in this busy, demanding world. This class is prental friendly, and suitable for all fitness levels and beginners.
You will enjoy the benefits of slower, more mindful movements focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing exercises.
Restorative Yoga poses use props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and a wall to provide a completely supportive environment for total relaxation. This class will help you to feel relaxed and renewed. This class is prental friendly, and suitable for all fitness levels and beginners.
Total Body Resistance Exercise. It is a workout using your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
TRX workouts are for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Modifications are available for every exercise, from beginners to advanced.
This is a 55 minute full body workout class.
Our phenomenal Gentle Yoga class ends with mediation which helps to steady the mind as well as enrich and improve our lives.
This class is prental friendly.
This class integrates whole body stretching with foam rolling. Foam rolling is a type of self-massage that helps you alleviate tightness & trigger points (a super focused
spot of tight muscle aka knots).
Benefits of this class include:
* reducing inflammation that occurs during the muscle repair process
* alleviate pain and increase mobility
* prevent injury by maintaining muscle length &
remedying tension
* increase blood flow and elasticity of muscle tissue,
joints & fascia

This style of yoga is characterized by seamlessly moving from one yoga pose to the next while connecting breath to movement.
This style explores various yoga postures, and breath techniques that will enhance practitioners strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and connection to meditation.

Private Yoga Therapy & Corporate Yoga
In addition to our weekly group yoga classes, we also offer private individual yoga therapy sessions as well as on site Corporate Yoga.

Reformer Pilates
The Stott Pilates Reformer is a full body workout that still integrates the body and the mind. This is a low impact, high intensity workout that can even be used by pregnant women and people healing from injuries.
Due to its full body workout, the Stott Pilates method is able to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and tone the body. It is also able to correct posture and aid in the restoration of the natural curvatures of your spine.
This workout combines both strengthening and balance which is essential for optimum function in your daily life.

Personal Training & Rehab
Our Physical Rehab services provide a safe and gentle environment that will include an individualized treatment plan to help take care of patients in all phases of healing, from initial diagnosis through the restorative and preventive stages of recovery.
Our main priorities being to help our patients heal and prevent future injuries. Our treatment programs emphasize giving you tools to use at home to decrease pain as well as to carry into workouts on your own.
Working with our coach also creates accountability for you to better uphold your health, recovery, and fitness goals.

Marcella Linn
Yoga Therapist
Marcella has been practicing Yoga for over 30 years. A work injury led her to rethink her health and career. In February 2013 she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Program with an emphasis in Yoga Therapy, and began teaching yoga full time in Huntington Beach, California.
Wanting to become a Qualified Yoga Therapist, Marcella enrolled into Loyola Mary Marymount University Yoga Therapy Program in Oct 2017. In 2022, Marcella completed all levels to become a fully certified Yoga Therapist and is now sharing what she has learned with others. Join her in finding not only fitness through yoga, but also contentment and peace.
Rob Don Guilmette
Yoga Instructor
Yoga since 2013 and specializes in working with beginners, people with injuries, and seniors. His approach is gentle, breath-centered, and incorporates some of the more subtle and meditative aspects of practice.
Rob is passionate about Yoga’s potential to transform people’s lives. Whether recovering from an injury, managing a chronic illness, or aligning oneself with what’s most important to them - Yoga has so much to offer beyond the physical poses! He is currently training to become a Yoga Therapist.
Amanda Weston
Yoga Instructor & NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Amanda has a passion for helping others find their flow through movement, holistic health and mind-body wellness tools. The heart of her work is rooted in soulful self care practices. She is 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified, NASM personal training and nutrition coach certified and Inferno Hot Pilates certified.
She graduated with a bachelors in Psychology and spent many days during her college years stressed out and overworked. One day realizing something needed to change in her life. This birthed her journey into the world of Yoga, Wellness and Holistic Health.
David De Billie
LMT and Pilates Instructor
David graduated from the Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy in April 2002 with a 1000 hour certification in Swedish, Sports and Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapies. He is a California State Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). David is also a Level 1 Stott Certified Pilates instructor.
David’s goal is to help you reduce pain, increase range of motion and help with stability of back and core muscles. Plus, he can help you better understand why you are in pain and provide self-maintenance advice along with stretching exercises.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Amit’s training philosophy is to achieve strength, balance, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, endurance and mobility. If weight loss is one of your goals, Amit is happy to assist you. Amit’s role is to give his clients tools to stay active that they can use wherever they are.
He loves helping clients gain confidence and reach their goals. Helping people become stronger, faster, more flexible and balanced.
