Dr. Anna Pearl, D.C.

Dr. Pearl is a holistic health care practitioner who loves being in family practice. She helps people of all ages from infants, tweens and teens throughout adulthood and more advanced ages. She is a Webster™ certified practitioner; this is a prenatal technique that Dr. Pearl uses for her expectant mothers. Dr. Pearl’s goal is to help all of her patients achieve a sense of health and well-being.

Dr. Pearl is a Long Beach, California native. She grew up in a musical household, loves to swing dance and listen to live music. Dr. Pearl graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Anna received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine and was very pleased to complete her chiropractic clinical rotations at her alma mater. Dr. Pearl opened the Bixby Knolls Wellness Center in June 2018 and is extremely grateful for the Bixby Knolls community and their continued support.

Dr. Colleen O'Hara, D.C.

Dr. O'Hara became interested in a future in chiropractic medicine when she was a patient herself. She began receiving chiropractic care when she was in middle school and has continued as a patient ever since. She entered the field of chiropractic because she believes in the power of holistic healing while maintaining the perspective that other types of wellness and medicine are necessary and important.

Dr. O'Hara attended undergraduate school at Michigan State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Iowa at Palmer College of Chiropractic. During her studies at Palmer, Dr. O'Hara was nominated by professors and clinic doctors for the Clinical Excellence Award. She has earned her postgraduate advanced proficiency rating in Activator Methods, Webster (prenatal) Technique, Thompson Technique, and Kinesiotaping. She utilizes a combination of Diversified Technique adjustments with other manual and instrument based adjusting techniques to cater to the individual needs of her patients.

Dr. Hannah Whitney, D.C.

Dr. Hannah Whitney received her doctorate of chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2019. She is also Webster certified (a prenatal chiropractic technique). Dr. Whitney takes pride in synthesizing multiple techniques and modalities that she learned from her many mentors. Dr. Whitney enjoys truly getting to know each of her patients and building a relationship built on mutual respect and trust. She knows that to deliver great patient care, she must understand them as a whole person.

Dr. Whitney is a Southern California native and grew up in Downey. She was a high school student-athlete, playing many sports, including softball, basketball, and volleyball. She played collegiate softball at both Mesa Community College in Mesa, AZ, and Alderson Broaddus University in West Virginia.

Dr. Whitney received her B.S. in Natural Sciences from Broaddus University in 2014. Dr. Whitney first discovered chiropractic care when her Father, Dr. Dan Whitney, went to chiropractic school. As a child, she was always running around a chiropractic office and observing the many ways of helping someone become pain-free in a natural way. She experienced firsthand the power of chiropractic care while recovering from sports-related injuries.

David De Billie, LMT and Pilates Instructor

David graduated from the Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy in April 2002 with a 1000 hour certification in Swedish, Sports and Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapies. He is a California State Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). David is also a Level 1 Stott Certified Pilates instructor.

David’s goal is to help you reduce pain, increase range of motion and help with stability of back and core muscles. Plus, he can help you better understand why you are in pain and provide self-maintenance advice along with stretching exercises.

Amit’s training philosophy is to achieve strength, balance, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, endurance and mobility. If weight loss is one of your goals, Amit is happy to assist you.  Amit’s role is to give his clients tools to stay active that they can use wherever they are. 

He loves helping clients gain confidence and reach their goals. Helping people become stronger, faster, more flexible and balanced.

Kelsey Verrett, LMT

Kelsey specializes in an integrative approach utilizing Swedish Deep Tissue and Shiatsu massage. Additional specialities include: energy work, hot stone massage, aromatherapy and CBD enhancements. She is also trained in prenatal massage.

Kelsey has been in the massage industry for the last three years. She has a passion for facilitating relaxation, pain relief, and reduction of mental and physical tension. Kelsey loves connecting with clients on a personal level in order to establish a baseline of trust, enabling clients to truly relax and optimize their experience.

Annette Aispuro has a thriving interest in Eastern and Western healing therapies. She is motivated in helping her community reach their health and healing goals. Annette utilizes a holistic approach to her work, addressing the individual as a whole.  

Annette fully attends each clients needs, beautifully interweaving clear presence with practiced skills.

Sandra Caro

Sandra Caro is inspired by the collaboration between a therapeutic touch and the healing properties our bodies naturally possess. She is fascinated by how our bodies express different needs and how as a bodyworker she can customize her approach to help a client feel relief and relaxation.

Sandra understands the importance, now more than ever, of self-care practices and is here to provide a safe and comfortable space for the community to reach a place of increased comfort in their own bodies.

Darcy Wallace

Darcy is inspired by parasympathetic balancing; she aims to cultivate a homeostasis state where healing will occur. Through the integration of various modalities acquired at Panacea Holistic Institute of Long Beach, CA., Sports Massage, Circulatory, Hydro and Aroma therapy, MyoFascial Release, Deep tissue and Thai techniques are utilized to encourage relaxation. Darcy is also a Certified Reiki technician. Reiki is a Japanese form of healing through the palm through universal energy.

Amanda Weston, Yoga Instructor & NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Amanda has a passion for helping others find their flow through movement, holistic health and mind-body wellness tools. The heart of her work is rooted in soulful self care practices. She is 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified, NASM personal training and nutrition coach certified and Inferno Hot Pilates certified.

She graduated with a bachelors in Psychology and spent many days during her college years stressed out and overworked. One day realizing something needed to change in her life. This birthed her journey into the world of Yoga, Wellness and Holistic Health.

Rob Don Guilmette, Yoga Instructor

Yoga since 2013 and specializes in working with beginners, people with injuries, and seniors. His approach is gentle, breath-centered, and incorporates some of the more subtle and meditative aspects of practice.

Rob is passionate about Yoga’s potential to transform people’s lives. Whether recovering from an injury, managing a chronic illness, or aligning oneself with what’s most important to them - Yoga has so much to offer beyond the physical poses! He is currently training to become a Yoga Therapist.

Marcella Linn, Yoga Therapist

Marcella has been practicing Yoga for over 30 years. A work injury led her to rethink her health and career. In February 2013 she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Program with an emphasis in Yoga Therapy, and began teaching yoga full time in Huntington Beach, California.

Wanting to become a Qualified Yoga Therapist, Marcella enrolled into Loyola Mary Marymount University Yoga Therapy Program in Oct 2017. In 2022, Marcella completed all levels to become a fully certified Yoga Therapist and is now sharing what she has learned with others. Join her in finding not only fitness through yoga, but also contentment and peace.

McKenna draws inspiration from eastern practices to craft a serene atmosphere, promoting profound relaxation and rejuvenation.

Her philosophy revolves around harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit through a blend of Thai massage, circulatory deep tissue techniques, and meditation. Having honed her skills at the Panacea Holistic Institute, she possesses a diverse repertoire of styles to seamlessly adapt to any situation.
