Infant CPR, Choking Prevention & Infant Feeding Essentials Hosted by Nurse Grace
Join us for an informative and hands-on workshop designed for parents, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the well-being of infants. Led by Nurse Grace, this event combines life-saving skills with practical feeding guidance to help you feel confident and prepared.
The class is split into two sections. Each section is 1 hour long. If you register for both sections (Full Workshop Ticket), the total event time will be 2 hours.
🫁 Infant CPR & Choking Prevention and Intervention - $60
This course equips caregivers with essential knowledge and hands-on practice to respond to infant emergencies. You’ll learn:
- How to prevent situations that may require CPR or choking intervention
- Step-by-step guidance on what to do if an infant is in distress
- Hands-on practice to build confidence in real-life scenarios
Please note: This course does not provide CPR certification, but it focuses on practical, reality-based skills that can help save a baby’s life.
🥣 Infant Solid Food, Allergen & Cup Drinking Introduction Add-on - Additional $60
Perfect for caregivers preparing to start (or who have just started) solids with their infant. Infants must be at least 4 months old to participate in this session.
- Safe and effective ways to introduce solid foods
- Guidance on introducing the top 9 allergens
- Cup drinking and water introduction techniques
- Optional real-time peanut allergen introduction under RN supervision
For added safety and peace of mind, medical support and appropriate medications will be on-site and administered if needed during allergen introduction.
Whether you're a new parent or simply looking to refresh your knowledge, this workshop offers valuable, real-world skills to help you care for infants safely and confidently.
