How to Get Started with Veteran Chiropractic Care or Massage Therapy
Step 1: Ask your VA provider for a referral
Ask your VA doctor or primary care team to refer you for community chiropractic care or therapeutic massage therapy at Bixby Knolls Wellness Center.
Step 2: Give them our NPI to avoid delays

You can request one of the following authorizations:
