Join us at the Bixby Knolls Wellness Center for an interactive session lead by perinatal exercise specialist Rachel Woods-Oshiro. Rachel will guide you through safe and effective exercises designed specifically for expectant mothers. This session will first overview what happens to our joints and muscles in each trimester including common pain points, altered movement patterns and even common myths.
Participants will then get help in creating their perfect 20 minute "daily movement vitamin" which will help keep them strong and comfortable for the duration of their pregnancy and delivery and will leave with instructions in hand!
